They work with building relationships, and you build relationships in your workplace, too.

They love it. They come back. I'll touch base with them either when the first come back or the next day if I see them ... They like the experiences and the exposure and the things that they learned.

Sometimes they like it and sometimes they think well, it's not something that I would be interested in for a career, which is the whole purpose of the program, so that they really recognize that interest level really does have to match their skill levels.

The teachers have worked really well with the students, too, as far as the work assignments.

It is more than just learning in the classroom ... Learning is more involved than that and more complex than that.
